spacious room birthday treat poor condition unpleasant smell

i did enjoy the spacious room that i get. it had a nice city view from the sixteenth floor an it was a large room for 4 peoples. for my birthday, the staff bought cake an champagne, very nice.

the air condition dont works good in my room and the temperature isnt very cold. i call reception but they dont fix it so good. also the toilet dont smells that good, maybe the toilet bowl have problems.

central location great soundproofing bathroom signs

the hotel's location helped me visit many places by foot. the soundproofing was great, so my room stayed quiet. the bathroom had signs of wear, but was good otherwise.

the front desk seemed understaffed on arrival and i found the welcome a bit abrupt. i also needed to wait longer for the elevators, a slight letdown.

my room included a comfortable king bed, a mini-bar stocked with drinks. a good work desk. the blackout curtains ensured a dark room, a definite plus for good sleep. the room size was adequate for my needs.

this magical birthday trip was really nice! a surprise cake arrived, a heartwarming gesture. our room had amazing views that created a perfect setting. the breakfast offered a vast array of options, with tasty dishes for us both. the river view spa felt amazing, so peaceful and tranquil.

the air conditioning did seem a little loud at night.

i found the staff amazingly polite. they took great care of our dog, ensuring its comfort. we were assigned a room boasting a pleasant view. large windowsills in the rooms are perfect to enjoy the view.

service inconsistencies affected my stay

room cleanliness breakfast overcrowding

The service felt inconsistent. our room was not as clean as i expected, and some of the amenities were not properly stocked. there were also some issues at breakfast. It was very crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. these problems detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the hotel's supposed high standards.
